PRE-ORDERS

We don't want you to miss out on your favourite piece from our collection so we offer a pre-Orders system. If an item is out of stock or we don't have the sizes/items you want in our warehouse, you will be able to fill out a pre-order form. We then will get back to you when we have the items in stock. If you need your order to be spilt and sent at different times, please contact and see what we can work out info@burrowsandco.com.au

100% RETURNS & MONEY BACK WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE

At Burrows & Co, we want to make sure you are totally in love with your purchase and 100% happy. We want you to ENJOY a relaxed, lovely experience with us and feel confident as a result of a carefree online shopping experience. We offer you this, if its not the right size or its just not you, please contact us for whatever reason, all you need to do is return the item in the same condition that you received it in.

Swimwear can be returned ONLY if it is unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and protection stickers attached. Underwear must be worn when trying on swimwear for hygiene reasons, with the hygienic liner still in place. IF all above is followed, we will REFUND you 100%, No questions asked.

All items returned for refund must be returned in the original condition, unworn with tags attached (unless faulty) within 30 days from the date of purchase.

SENDING A GIFT

Yes we love to gift and send smiles and love along with your gift! There is an small $5 charge for gift wrapping, if you choose this and you would like to add some special words to be sent, let us know and we can do that too XX.

If you are an amazing friend or family person and you've sent a loved-one an awesome present as a gift and the recipient doesn't LOVE it, that’s ok- we can help. If there is something else they love in our collection that they would prefer as a gift, please contact us so we can work something out!

OUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Swimwear can be returned ONLY if it is unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and protection stickers attached. Underwear must be worn when trying on swimwear for hygiene reasons. IF all above is followed we will REFUND you 100%, No questions asked.

We accept exchanges and refunds (excluding the cost of original shipping) on all our pieces.

We only ask that the goods purchased to be in original condition and have not been WORN or WASHED.

The shipping cost incurred for returning the items to Burrows & Co for an exchange or refund is NOT covered by us.

If you request an exchange however, we will cover the shipping cost to send the new Goods out to you again.

Sale items are non-refundable; only an exchange or credit voucher will be offered.

HOW DO I ORGANISE A RETURN?

Just email us at info@burrowsandco.com.au and we will give you all the details you need :)

Please note we are not liable for the loss of goods that are returned. PLEASE NOTE that It would be best to use a registered postal service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.

We will process your return within 24hrs of receiving it.

For Exchanging, we will send your new Item and email you a new tracking number

When Refunding, we will refund you in the way that you paid and email you once this is completed.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED OR THERE IS A FAULT?

We try to make sure this doesn't happen as we triple check all our pieces before they go out to ensure customer satisfaction, so that you can enjoy the sand and the salt water as soon as they arrive. If for some reason you receive damaged goods or there is a manufacturing fault, please contact us immediately at info@burrowsandco.com.au so we can assist you and sort out the problem as quickly as possible.

POSTING INFORMATION.

All orders received by 12pm EST will be sent ON the same day Monday - Friday .

It is important for us that you receive your order asap so you can fall in love with it as soon as possible! Here are some time frames listed below! We'll also notify you once your Burrows and Co. bundle is on the way!

AUS METRO : 3 - 6 Business Days

AUS REGIONAL : 4 - 7 Business Days

UNITED STATES, CANADA, NEW ZEALAND & EUROPE : 5 - 15 Business Days

For all Australian deliveries you will get a email notifications direct from us with an Aust post tracking number, to let you know where your parcel is. ( Please also ckeck in your junk box for emaisl as they can some times be sent there.)

We will send your Burrows & Co order anywhere in the world, so that you are sun soaking soon!

United States of America. United Kingdom, Canada, New Zealand, Belgium, Canada, China, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Korea, Republic of (South Korea), Lithuania, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden

For countries not in above list, we receive a parcel ID number and can only track if we are concerned that the parcel is lost. Please contact us asap if you have not received your parcel within the recommended time frame of 5-15 business Days and we will help you to track it down.

We do recommend that your order be sent to your work address or to someone you know that will be home to keep it nice and safe if you are unable to be home at time of delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for orders that are stolen after delivery.

Prices for shipping will be delayed at the checkout for orders under $75 within Australia once you have entered the shipping address. PRIVACY POLICY

We don't want to share you! The personal information we collect in order to provide service of payment and shipping . We are required by Australian law to collect details such as your name, address, email or phone number for purchasing and sending products. We use the information you give us at Burrows & Co only to complete your purchase with PayPal and to send your goods to you. We do not share your private information with any outside parties except when it is necessary to complete that order. We do offer a mailing system where you have to enter your own details for receiving mail about up and coming products, sales and discount codes for members. Campaign Monitor will only collect your email address if you have subscribed for mailing.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

All prices on our Burrows and Co web page are shown in Australian dollars $AUD.

We provide FREE shipping for purchases over $75 dollars within Australia only.

Worn items will not be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances for hygiene reasons. Items must still have all tagging and labels attached. If a hygienic liner was provided, this MUST not have been removed to be able to exchange or refund.

If we are unable to supply an ordered product for any unforeseen reason, we will get in contact with you ASAP to see what we could work out such as replacing the item with other style or refunding. All refunds are returned into the original account and use the same payment method of the original purchase.

Under Australia laws, Burrows and Co have all rights to change or discontinue products at any time without stated reason, and to change pricing and wording on our web page without notice. Burrows and Co can also change terms and conditions if needed to align with market changes or due to business discretion.
